I'm on the radio

I have been keeping myself busy whilst on maternity leave and one of the exciting things I have been doing is creating my own radio show which i have lovingly called Croydon Rocks! It is an exploration of Croydon’s rich musical tapestry with snippets of Croydon’s musical history and interviews with bands, musicians, promoters, venues and scenesters from the present and the past wrapped in some great hand-picked music from acts that have played in and were made in Croydon.

For my radio debut I had the fortune to interview Baz Warne frontman with The Stranglers for the Croydon Advertiser We talked about punk, the pub scene, touring with the band, the music he’s listening to and playing Croydon.
